IV Hydration + Nutrient Therapy

Medical care with purpose. Not a one-size-fits-all drip.

IV services, if launched, will be evaluated and delivered through a properly licensed medical practice. A clinician will determine whether an infusion is appropriate based on your history, symptoms, medications and health needs.

Salt + Light is not open yet. Services listed here are planned and will be confirmed before launch.

When IV care may be appropriate

Medical partner

  1. Hydration & Electrolyte Replacement

    Medical partner

IV fluids can be useful when clinically indicated for dehydration or when oral intake is not sufficient. They are not routinely needed for otherwise healthy, hydrated adults.

  2. Vitamin B12 Replacement

    Medical partner

May be appropriate for a confirmed deficiency or specific absorption problems. Extra B12 has not been shown to boost energy in people who already have adequate levels.

  3. Iron Infusion

    Medical partner

For selected patients with iron deficiency when oral treatment is unsuitable or insufficient, under medical supervision and appropriate monitoring.

  4. Magnesium or Other Electrolyte Replacement

    Medical partner

Used for specific deficiencies or medical indications. Dosing and monitoring matter because excess electrolytes can be harmful.

Popular drips, and our honest take

You may have seen these offered elsewhere. Here is where we stand.

Pending review

  1. Multivitamin & Myers-Style Blends

    Pending review

Commonly marketed for energy, stress or immunity, but strong evidence of benefit for healthy adults is lacking. Any offering would require clinician review of ingredients and claims.

  2. High-Dose Vitamin C & Antioxidant Infusions

    Pending review

Sometimes marketed for immunity or recovery. Benefits for general wellness are unproven, and certain conditions increase risk. We do not present these as a routine wellness necessity.

  3. NAD+ and Other Trend-Based Drips

    Pending review

Popular in longevity marketing, but robust evidence of meaningful anti-aging benefit is lacking. These are not part of a confirmed launch menu.

Safety & eligibility

All IVs carry risks, including infection, vein irritation, fluid overload, allergic reactions and ingredient-specific side effects. A medical screening, informed consent and appropriate oversight are essential before any infusion.

Who it is for

This may be for you if

  • Your clinician has identified a deficiency or a clear medical reason for IV care.
  • You want an honest conversation about what an infusion can and cannot do.
  • You value careful screening over a quick drip menu.

Questions

Good to know

Can I walk in for a drip?

No. Every IV would require a medical screening and informed consent through a licensed medical practice, and some women will be told an IV is not the right choice for them.

Who would provide IV services?

An independent, properly licensed medical practice with clinical oversight. Salt + Light would provide the welcoming space, not the medical decisions.

Why are you cautious about popular drips?

Because we care about your health more than trends. We would rather tell you the evidence plainly and point you toward care that is likely to help.
